Amanita Labs was founded in 2021 by multi-disciplinary artist Natascia Berutto. Following a BA in Midwifery, Natascia moved from Italy to London in 2014.
The exposure to the city’s creative environment sparked her interest in the business side of Fashion and Homewares industry, leading her to pursue further studies in marketing and business management.
After spending a few years building and managing a womenswear and homewares e-commerce store, her focus evolved from curating others’ creations to designing her own.
This transition was driven by a desire to move away from trends and mass production towards creating timeless pieces in small batches, combining handmade to 3D printing while exploring a range of materials like ceramics, eco-resins and bio-derived plastics.
With a commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability, Amanita Labs aims to produce decorative and functional objects that embody both beauty and environmental responsibility.
