Hodge Pots is a North London-based ceramics studio, creating unique, hand-painted pieces from recycled clay. Inspired by travel, nature, and London’s vibrant culture, each design is infused with joy and creativity. A blend of tradition, sustainability, and artistry, handmade with love.
Nikki’s ceramics journey began by chance when she took up pottery lessons. Seeking a creative outlet, she bought some clay and started making pieces at home. What began as creating pottery for friends and family soon grew into a small but thriving business as her Instagram posts attracted interest beyond her circle.
Each piece crafted by Nikki is designed to spread happiness and bring a sense of warmth to any home or work environment. Handcrafted and hand-painted in her North London studio, every item is made with care from sustainable materials. Travel is a major source of inspiration for her work, with a recent visit to Porto and its stunning ceramics sparking new ideas. Nature also plays a significant role, whether it’s the colors, textures, or shapes found in the British countryside.
Nikki’s passion for pottery is deeply rooted in family. Her grandad was also a potter, and his influence continues to inspire and shape her work.
